Video Camera as Scanner

The video camera can also be used to digitize and scan pictures into a computer by capturing the image on video then connecting the video camera to a computer and using the iMovie software to "create still images" in the edit menu like in unit 2. By focusing the camera on different parts of a picture such as in the example below, one picture can become many different images. Narration can be added to the pictures by recording one's voice in the audio menu of iMovie. Have fun with the Kosraean story below.
