When setting up a video interview, things like audio, lighting and scenery are all important aspects to consider. Indoor filming can be especially tricky if one is also having to deal with a lot of backlight caused by facing the camera towards the sun, such as with sunlight coming in through windows. The example below shows how keeping the camera away from windows and hanging an attractive backdrop can do a lot to help out with this.
