Alii from George B. Harris Elementary School in Palau. The Palau Pacific Voices team continues to work on exciting projects. Sherman Sato has begun teaching the parents a computer literacy course with the Ministry of Education and they produced a digital book and incorporated many of the Pacific Voices skills. What an outstanding trainer in his own community. Great job Sherman!!! |

This is a digital book that was produced and edited by 9 parents from George B. Harris Elementary School. They worked with Sherman for a total of 40 hours and learned basic computer literacy skills as well as video production. Each of the students got a chance to use the video camera, record their voice, and edit a piece on the computer. We're proud of each and everyone of you!! |

Take a look at this video, you'll fall in love with these two 3rd graders. They were so willing to share a song from their culture that I had to share it with all of you. They begin with an introduction of themselves and then sing and dance with all their heart. We love to celebrate the beauty of our cultures with song and dance. |
